Instructions:
From the Start menu, run, and type gpedit.msc
On some systems (XP home), this program is not installed, in this case, download and install it.
Click Configure user models of directors, System option Ctrl + Alt + Supp
Right click on Remove Task Manager, then properties.
By default, but should not be configured. Check not configured or Off and OK
Restart to save the new settings.
This trick also disable other applications, such as catering system, the control panel, Adding and deleting programs, and much more!
Disabling the Task Manager, and other applications, can cause a false manipulation, but often it’s an infection (virus): For sure, scan your system!
